Consultant service for providing technical input and guidance into wildlife crime strategic threat assessments in Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar.
Project Deliverables
With WWF Wildlife Lead, work to develop a threat assessment template and methods that can be used across all of the sites.
Technical review and input into draft threat assessments and provide written feedback on the threat assessments before online meetings (see point below).
Ten, two-hour remote sessions delivered across six months from December 2024 to May 2025, at times and dates to be mutually agreed to review inputs and guide inquiries for threat assessments.
Input into the production of threat assessment and threat assessment guidance for 3 WWF sites to be mutually agreed.
Deliverables and Milestones
The consultancy will start in December 2024 and will end in May 2025 or when all deliverables are approved by responsible managers.
