Consultant service for providing technical input and guidance into wildlife crime strategic threat assessments in Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar.


Project Deliverables

  • With WWF Wildlife Lead, work to develop a threat assessment template and methods that can be used across all of the sites.
     
  • Technical review and input into draft threat assessments and provide written feedback on the threat assessments before online meetings (see point below).
     
  • Ten, two-hour remote sessions delivered across six months from December 2024 to May 2025, at times and dates to be mutually agreed to review inputs and guide inquiries for threat assessments.
     
  • Input into the production of threat assessment and threat assessment guidance for 3 WWF sites to be mutually agreed.


Deliverables and Milestones

  • The consultancy will start in December 2024 and will end in May 2025 or when all deliverables are approved by responsible managers.
